Ms. Benjamin has more than 18 years of experience representing small and mid-sized businesses as outside general counsel and individuals, California businesses, and national companies as their California counsel in creditors’ rights and insolvency matters. Her areas of emphasis include creditors’ rights, creditor bankruptcy representation, and business and real property transactions and litigation.
Ms. Benjamin has appeared as counsel of record in numerous cases in federal and state courts throughout California.
She practiced law with a Sacramento boutique law firm for four years before establishing her own practice in 2000. Steven and Wendy Benjamin established Benjamin Law Offices in 2004.
