| STEVEN BENJAMIN
Mr. Benjamin's practice focuses on general business and employment law counseling, transactions and litigation on behalf of start up through well-established businesses. Mr. Benjamin represents many regional employers in a variety of industries, including construction, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, high tech, medical/dental, temporary services, and others. Mr. Benjamin also represents executives, high level managers and sales representatives regarding employment, stock option, non-compete, trade secret/confidential information and commission pay agreements and disputes.
Mr. Benjamin has appeared as counsel of record in hundreds of cases in the federal and state courts and various agencies and licensing boards throughout California.
Mr. Benjamin graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations in 1988. He graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1994. He practiced law with one of Sacramento's preeminent law firms for several years before establishing his own practice in 1999. Mr. Benjamin is a member of the California State Bar and Sacramento County Bar Sections for Business Law and Labor & Employment Law.
WENDY L. BENJAMIN
Ms. Benjamin's practice focuses on business and real estate counseling, transactions and litigation, including business formations such as general, professional and non-profit corporations and limited liability companies. Ms. Benjamin litigates matters involving business and real property disputes.
Ms. Benjamin represents creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcies and general debtor/creditor matters. Ms. Benjamin regularly provides bankruptcy expertise on a consulting basis to non-bankruptcy attorneys in cases where there are potential bankruptcy implications.
Ms. Benjamin graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Ms. Benjamin graduated from Loyola Law School in 1995. She developed her practice at a business and bankruptcy law firm before establishing her own practice in 2000. Ms. Benjamin is a member of the California State Bar, Business Section, the Sacramento County Bar Sections for Business Law and Bankruptcy & Commercial Law and the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum.
Ms. Benjamin is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.
